We communicate with our clients with the intention of kindness, and making things easy to understand. Healthcare is already hard enough.

When our clients need to see a doctor, we help them find the right one and book an appointment. We understand their insurance, and make sure their providers are in-network, and that their referrals and prior auths are squared away. We help them make sense of confusing bills. We call insurance and provider offices, giving them hours back in their week to spend with their family.

So many health tasks live on to-do lists for months, even years. Managing your own health can be a real challenge for people. Chloe health assistants take the weight off of our patients’ shoulders.

The right person for this role has a history of great organization skills, top-tier proactive noticing and solving problems end-to-end, use of technology (LLMs, etc.) You have empathy and experience with administrative tasks. And you are excited to build a generational health tech company.

Healthcare or patient-facing experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

We work as a small team in an office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that serves breakfast and snacks, and is dog friendly.

Rate: This role pays $25 per hour, minimum 20 hours per week in-office.
